Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your piece. If something isn't what you expected, here is what you can do.

You have 1 week (7 days) from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.

The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will fix it: we replace it or refund your money.
Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

We refund the money to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the piece.

The cost of shipping the item back is paid by the person returning it, unless the mistake was ours.
